I’m here to decode your client’s design wants while helping keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Our goal is to proactively manage the homeowner’s design goals (peppering in some educational moments) while anticipating timeline and schedule needs for effective decision making.
We support your client through 1:1 meetings, allowing you to focus on the build while we play ‘design therapist’…
Client Onboarding
A client facing meeting that is customized just for your business/ trade. In this 90 minute session, we talk the client through what the build process looks like.
Think of it as a ‘what to expect when you’re expecting’, except for construction!

Included in this service is 1) a digital packet for the homeowner to chip away at their to-do list and 2) a summary email with highline details the homeowner wants to see, plus any relevant notes.

As service is customized, client receives a custom scheduling link billed to the builder or architect.
1:1 Advisory Session
This one-time meeting packs a serious punch…
A 60 minute session can be ‘gifted’ to the homeowner or they can book on their own anytime in the build process.

Floorplan Review
A virtual 90-minute walkthrough of the floorplan to uncover any needs or wants that may not have been addressed with the architect initially. Is the house built to set you up for success in the way that you live/ work/ shop/ store etc

This service is set up to be a one-time call with the homeowner. Builder/ general contractor/ architect are welcome to join.
A recap email is sent to the client and appropriate trade partners following the call with any specific notes.

Design Inspiration
In this 90-minute session, we work with the client to decode their inspiration references and put together a reference deck to support in your upcoming decisions.
Note this is a starting point in the design journey and will not yield a full FF+E specification packet.

We put together a reference ‘design deck’ in real time during our call featuring key images, descriptive words to lean on, and any specific finishings, fixtures or equipment we discuss.

Interior Finishings + Fixtures
This SIX (6) session pack will take us through the design inspiration, key zones of the home, and finishings review.
Note this is a baseline and larger or more detailed homes may require additional sessions

Active design deck that is updates as each meeting occurs with revisions sent after each meeting
Special booking link, onboarding documents, provided upon purchase.
*If provided by builder/ architect, we secure your timeline to ensure deliverables will be provided in a timely manner.

Kate has a Dwelling Contractor Qualifying license in the state of WI.
Since 2017, she has supported in the construction of 15 new residential homes, 7 whole-home renovations, and countless advisory sessions.
