Services are billed monthly at ‘trade pricing’ and only on consumption, so if you offer our services and your client does not schedule, there is no commitment.

    This format is aimed towards clients that are unsure if they need more personalized support than the referrer or showrooms can provide.

    It is also a great one-time focused meeting about the design/build journey (like a ‘what to expect when you’re expecting’), where no topics are off the table.

  • Floorplan Review

    A virtual walk through of the space assessing all areas of life from how one cooks and shops to shower habits, long term use of space, and more.

    We can do with call with the client alone or have the referrer on as well.

  • On Boarding

    We review the step-by-step build process with your client from the selections standpoint, advising how they can best prepare for their decision making process, the importance of being prepared, and sharing our whole-home touchpoint worksheet to give scope on the decisions that lie ahead.

  • Design Deck

    A series of client meeting to tackle the baseline finishings and fixtures of each room in the plan and put together a design deck of materials and surfaces that align with their vision but also reflect the budget.

    Client + referrer receive the deck overview that covers all major touchpoints.

  • Final Selection Review

    We review all of the client selections before final sign off/ change order to make sure all touchpoints are addressed and the overall package is a cohesive look that both client and referrer will be happy with.
